Things to know......

We are a extension free salon and do not offer those services. All services include a shampoo unless you are booking a hair cut only or a consultation only. You will have a 1 on 1 experience in a private suite that will start with a consultation and going over your intake form that you filled out. We offer free parking, free wi-fi, snacks and the availability to work on your lap top during your visit if needed.

Cancellation/Late policy/No Show

Things happen but we ask for a 24 hour notice for cancellations or a 50 percent charge of that appointment will be collected.

If you are going to be late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment maybe cancelled in some cases or some of your services will not be completed.

A no show and repeat cancellations will result in all future appointments being cancelled.

Payments/Refunds

We accept cash, credit cards and vagaro pay later is available. We ask for a credit card to remain on file but it is not charged unless it is for a late cancellation fee or no-show fee. We do not issue refunds but if you are unsatisfied with your services, please let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right.
