Things to know......

We are a extension free salon and do not offer those services. All services include a relaxing shampoo, steam conditioning treatment, and a mini scalp massage unless you are booking a hair cut only or a consultation only service.  We believe in educating you on your hair and proper home care plans to achieve your hair goals. We offer free parking, free wi-fi, snacks and the availability to work on lap top, read, chat, or zone out.

Cancellation/Late policy/No Show

Things happen but we ask for a 24 hour notice for cancellations or a 50 percent charge of that appointment will be collected.

If you are going to be late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled or some of your services will not be completed.

A no show and repeat cancellations will result in all future appointments being cancelled.

Payments/Refunds

We accept cash, apple pay, credit cards. We ask for a credit card to remain on file but it is not charged unless it is for a late cancellation fee or no-show fee. We do not issue refunds but if you are unsatisfied with your services, please let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right.
